Guidelines for Authors

The PhD forum provides an excellent opportunity for PhD students to present their ongoing work and get feedback from experts in the field. The forum will be organized as a special poster session in an attractive time slot. Interested PhD students are invited to submit an extended abstracts of 2 pages.

Key Dates

  • Submission deadline: March 18, 2019 Closed
  • Notification of acceptance: April 01, 2019
  • Camera-ready manuscript: April 15, 2019

Publications

There will be no IEEE publications, but the abstracts will be made available to all ETS attendees in electronic format. Thus, a later, more complete publication of the work in another conference or journal is still possible.

Ph.D. Forum Award

The Ph.D. forum selection committee will review all the presented papers checking the technical content of the paper and the presentation capacity of the candidates, and select the Best Ph.D. forum paper. The Ph.D. Forum Award will be announced during the ETS’19 closing session.
