Coordinate and focus a wide range of disciplinary competences in the field of wideband wireless communications, to foster cooperation with the related industries, and to promote high-level permanent education.
The CERCOM is a research center founded by the Dipartimento di Elettronica (DELEN) and the Dipartimento di Automatica e Informatica (DAUIN) of Politecnico di Torino.
It has been approved and funded by the Italian Ministry of education, University and Research in May 2000.
